Has anyone "Debadged" the model from your trunk?
a heat gun and non-marring scraper will work fine. you won't need to buff it. If there is adhesive left use a thing called an "eraser wheel" and a low speed drill.

I debadge to stop the badge collectors doing it with a screwdriver, ill stick them back on when I sell it.
don't get me wrong, this is my dream car. My problem with the badges is they look like trunk acne to me--a distraction from the otherwise pristine surface. In a perfect world I'd take the V8 BiTurbo badges off the sides as well but I might leave those on for now.
Would a hair dryer work in place of a heat gun?
