can you share the Video? as you have fps as 10 it should be 25 or 30FPS
anyway try the file below and see if is working......have your USB below 32GB and download the file below and Unzip and Select the USB drive Location.....
so you USB should have only OEM Folder in there after unzip nothing else.... then Insert the USB to android Device and then start the device after while it should automatically upload

From configuration I tried to change the logo but it doesn't work neither.
I only want to install a new logo, non animated if it's not possible with animated logo.

I know that this is old but I'm about to update my logo as well. Your file is .rar doesn't the file need to be in .zip format? I'm not sure that it will accept an animated logo but I'll let you know.
Hello. My name is Isra and I'm from Spain.
I wanted to see if you could help me. I changed the startup animation by putting the zip file in the OEM folder at the root of the USB. It changed it without any problem. Now I don't know what's happening. I put the file the same as before in the OEM folder and it doesn't do anything, it doesn't change. What can I do to be able to change it again?
