Mild Ticking Noise When Accelerating
Is it normal to hear a mild engine tick during light acceleration when the engines cold from inside the car? With the radio off I'm able to hear a fairly pronounced ticking from the engine when accelerating but almost completely goes away once the engine warms up. The build date of my car was after the wrist pin issues so it should not be affected. It's definitely most noticeable first thing in the morning with the temps here in Chicago getting down in the upper 30's.
