I did the oil change by myself and use the steering wheel buttons to reset the service, but it showed cannot be carried out. I went purchased the scanner tries to fix the problem, but it showed the same thing on the scanner. I don't have Xentry. Does anybody know how to fix this problem?
my 2016 C450 was overdue for oil change, i changed the oil at the Mercedes dealer, i got the same message. haha
you need to wait a week or driven 500 miles, then try again, then it will clear that message.
