Wifey hit a curb and got a little damage. Any ideas on DIY repair?

"Little damage" is relative. That could be a tiny scratch in the clear coat or a dime-sized chunk taken out of the wheel. Pictures would help.

I'll take some pics tonight and post. Not chunk though mostly surface I believe.

I remember seeing some videos on youtube for DIY. Another option is a wheel repair service, usually around $125 per wheel.

Geez - with competent wheel repair so dang cheap - which includes unmounting the tire - repairing the wheel and full matching respray for that wheel - what is the rationale literally getting on your knees to do some dang DIY hack job, there are few here that have the capability to pull/replace a tire on a rim... oh, I guess you can start to cut and tape up a poster board paint mask... gee's Louise..

Obviously you can always choose to leave your car at a body shop for a day and spend more money to have a small scratch repaired perfectly...or decide it doesn't bother you that much and spend 5 minutes and $10 touching it up. It's called a cost-benefit analysis. You do it almost every day in one form or another.

A hidden cost of skinny wheel/tire combos that look great but have zero protection from the curb monster. It's going to be a periodic thing, so DIY wheel repair isn't a bad skill to develop.
