Incorrect. Plenty of builds without it. You need the premium package.

Dealers 95% of cars ordered without premium is very small, that’s why 2021 model year Premium package is standard.

2019 Mercedes Benz C 300. You have to select Ambient lights and lighted door sills. This is a individual option, it is not part of a package.
