Weird sound after the service and breaks pad change
Hi everyone
hope all is good with you
I have a c250 w205 year model 2015
I have done a service for 2 months ago and changed my breaks pad as it came on the cluster screen.
a day after I started hearing weird sound from inside the car while driving at low speed to be exact sound like rubbing sounds, like cracks or squeaking.
when I open the widows it becomes low but if I’m driving and I close the window I can hear them.
I don’t know if it can be something by the wheels or wrong alignment. I called the company and they said they will take almost 270dollars just to run a diagnostic test and test drive the car because it’s out of warranty and if it’s something related to what they have done they won’t charge anything.
i. Would like to know from your experiences about the possibility of what could be the cause.
the care drive is smooth it’s just the sounds what’s making me annoyed

Everything is done at the dealer
I got on my cluster screen the yellow warning check break pads and they changed it and did the service at once.
I already booked next week I will be going to them.

problem solved
So I took the car to the dealer (MB) and they did a test drive and then told me it’s nothing with the breaks or pads it was the lower passenger sway bar link needs to be changed.
they ordered it from Germany gave me an appointment fixed it and the sound is gone for good.
it has been a week so far and everything is perfect.
