Though my posts are few and far between, I do read this forum daily. Our 2015 c300 has been fantastic, but one issue randomly came up and I thought I’d see if any experts can weigh in. On both keyfobs, the doors unlock (first driver only, then all on the second press) and lock as intended. Both key fobs also are able to pop the trunk open. Both keyfobs function to lock and unlock the doors using keyless entry. What’s weird is the trunk now does not unlock when the doors are unlocked, and it also does not unlock when attempting entry using keyless entry. I’ve searched around but I could not find any posts/threads with this exact issue. Any thoughts regarding what might be causing this? I reset the keyfobs using the plug in, hold lock, push unlock 5 times method, but the problem remains. Thanks in advance!
Thanks for your reply. This is the first thing I checked, but the glove box trunk lock is currently set to unlocked (position 2). Still have the issue...
