So, regarding the springs, I have found that there are two versions that lower car 35/35mm that are listed as compatible with my car.
One is with front max. axle load 1065kg and rear max. axle load 1180kg. And the other version front 1180kg and rear 1190kg.
My car has front max. axle load listed at 990kg and rear at 1090.
Will there be any noticable difference in ride quality (stifness) or the amount of lowering between the two versions?

The higher load version is for the diesel cars.
I just had my set put on (the higher load ones on a diesel) and they are quite honestly much more comfortable than the original springs I had, just have to watch out for potholes and speed bumps even more now.

depends on the offer, I’m assuming used set of C63 springs right? Used set of H&R/Eibach etc lowering springs cost around $150 usd +/- $50 for shipping etc. they probably can... can’t confirm but... even if they did, they’re meant for the heavier motor so our 4 cyl isn’t doing much. And stock C63 ride height isn’t really low to begin with anyways so if anything, assuming it fits, you won’t be much lower if at all TBH.

I completely forgot about the axle loads... so they are out of question.
Regarding lowering, I don't want a drastic difference, that is also the reason I was asking for pictures as I was afraid that Eibachs would lower it too much.

H&R will be lower than Eibach so if that’s not what you want, I suggest getting the sport spring aka AMG package since you have the non sport model. Any lowering spring will wear out the stock strut faster, keep in mind keeping it stock will eventually fail as well.
