Aftermarket or stock brakes
I have a 2016 4 matic with the upgraded sports brakes. I need new rotors and pads and curious if there are any good aftermarket kits or just purchase factory. And is it possible to not use slotted rotors just plain.

People on this site speak highly of FCP Euro. I have not used them, and you would have to check to see if they offer your particular brake configuration.

I ordered Mercedes OEM rotors, pads, and sensors online for my 2015 C300. Found the best price and it wasn't more than generic or other brands. My original brakes lasted some 70k so I figured to stick with OEM parts. I had a local shop put it in instead of the dealer or higher-priced german shop since I figured it was pretty straightforward, not different from other cars.
One thing I recommend is watching youtube on rear caliper release from the dashboard menu using the steering controls. I watched the techs do the rear job and explained to them how to do it prior to them working on rear brakes to avoid damage. The local shop may not know or may brute force it. The front brakes don't have this issue.
