The Media Center application is not responding, do you want to close it? Why does this say what happened? how do I solve it

No friend, the only thing I am trying is to play my videos as before from that icon on the screen and I get that message

You need to have something either installed into the USB toggle or in the SD mini slot. Once you have music of video there... those functions will show what it there.,
