Are navigation sd cards available for a c300 2020? I looked on eBay and Amazon but couldn't work out which one would work

Make sure it is a card that works for your vehicle. I have a 2015 C300 and recently bought this one:MERCEDES BENZ A2139069903 Garmin Map Pilot Navigation SD Card 2017 North America.
Mercedes-Benz SD Card GPS Navigation Garmin Map Pilot | North America compatible| A2139065507 | Year: 2019/2020 |

Not all cards work for all vehicles and all years. It is a nice addition to the car for the price. Make sure your system has navigation capabilities and can accept an SD card. Also, it adds value in terms of trade-in value, resale value, etc.
Cards are also locked to the vehicle once used so it had to be new or unused.

I have also bought A2139065507 with 2020 maps from ebay. There is a newer version available now. A2139065607 with 2021 maps.

I purchased the A2139069807 SD card from ebay, installed it into the SD slot but no navigation. I purchased one for my 2018 and had no problems. Now I wondering it its wired for navigation

You would have to look at the specs to see if it was wired for that.
