i have issue with my AMR Handheld Programmer.
When in connect the handheld to my odb and try to read the stock file i get an error.
I tried to charge my car battery, disconnected the battery for 30 minutes but still not able to read the stock file.
I would like to ask if someone can help me with that issue or even maybe have the missing file to make it work?
i would appriciate every help to make my tune work.
i attached an picture of my settings in the handheld.
The log file i uploaded here as an zip file.
i assume there is an problem with my "type" of ECU number in the handheld
the ECU number on my ecu label is different then in the handheld software
ECU Lable Number : A274 900 08 00 MED17.7.2
i really hope someone here can help me with my problem.
Maybe someone with an c300 had the same issue, cause the c350e shares the same combustion engine m274 as the c300 and could send me his file which make the stock file reading possible?

Hi, there are some tunes out there for the c350e. the company mentioned confirmed that there handheld will work with my model.
actually its the same m274 combustion engine like the c300 just with an electric motor between transmission and driveshaft.
Look... I understand that you have already decided to chase this .. what I am telling you is this... the Performance Gain of a "bucket tune" for a C350e will be like minimal... once you hit your Goal Line... you may or may not come back here and tell everybody "how great" your tune is.. but the facts are "at best" a very minimal gain..AND nothing that you "tune" is going to change the "electric" portion of your drive-drain where the Real-Added-Performance of the C350E comes from.

Ok now i get the point what u saying.
I have the jb4 installed and running map2 and i defenitly feel an increase in power, the AMR tune i bought actually for the burbels but till today i cant figure out why i cant read the stock file.
so the tune is at the moment not working so i cant tell anything about the tune :P
