I just decided to get some insight if my car is totaled, i’ve had it for less than a year and i’m freaking out that the estimate is going to be more than the value of the car i drive a 2017 C300 and this just happened so i’m waiting for my adjuster to contact me about the estimate tomorrow

It’s almost impossible to tell from one picture. I guess you will find out soon. It’s been towed to a body shop?

It's actually quite possible with just a bit more info, is the steering wheel straight in this picture? If so then yeah, this is definitely totaled.
Even if it's not then the likelihood is it's still totaled, just the bodywork in this pic would be around £2000 oem, windscreen another £750, headlight and rim and tyre and then the cost to paint and fit it all and I doubt any insurance will try to save it.
If they do you're better off pushing for a write off, cars that are hit like that very rarely feel right as it stresses the suspension and are generally unsafe.
Based off the shattered windshield I’m guessing the airbag deployed, which leads me to believe the car is totaled. Those are expensive and that would require a dash replacement as well. Not to mention the suspension components which seem to be messed up too. I was rear ended in my 2020 which caused the seatbelts to blow. The car wasn’t totaled but their insurance paid over 14k in repairs, a few thousand of which were just for seatbelts.
Dont they use second hand spare parts when they fix the car?
Maybe for bodywork and that's dependent on your insurance as well. No sane insurance company will use second hand safety parts (and neither will any MB garage for that matter), too much liability.
I hit a deer and the airbag deployed, not a total loss. VW Touareg.
The car probably isn't totalled if the core body structure (longitudinal rails, shock towers) aren't bent. Suspension, steering, subframe, bumper beam are all replaceable as are the windshield, airbag, door and fender.
