Electronic parking brake stuck
I was driving and hit a small bump on the highway. The parking yellow light came on, then I pulled over to disengage it that didn’t work. Continue to drive to the store. I shut engine off and got out. Came back to start the car, attempted to disengage the parking brake both red light flashing and yellow parking light came on. The parking brake would not disengaged and the car would not move forward or backwards. I had to get it towed to the dealership and still don’t have a diagnosis for the problem. I have a new 2021 c300 with 1600 miles on it. Any suggestion or answers on what it could be…Thanks

The dealer will let you know tomorrow or the day after. Please post the diagnosis.

My car has been at the dealership for 5 days and they have been too busy to conduct a diagnostic on my car to find out what is wrong. How long does a diagnostic take?

I guess it says a lot when so many cars need service, they can’t get to yours. I don’t know if I still should be looking forward to mine.

Check your doors
Probably not helpful here, but its definitely an issue. If a door is not fully shut your parking break engages automatically. It leads to unsafe situations. Like when i opened my door while barely indexing forward to badge into my gate where i live. Or the time igassed thru the parking brake while my seatbelt was in my door jamb.
