Question w205 Radio Center console electric problem

Hello Everyone!

I drive a w205 c220 BT from 2014 myself. Since a couple of months I have problems with the radio/center console rebooting. After a software update the problem wasn't solved.

Now I noticed it got worse. I lose the radio / console when I take a hard turn to the right or break. A couple seconds or minutes after (depending on how the connection is I guess) the system reboots.
At the dealership they checked every connection of the radio and the console but they couldnt find any bad wires.

Does anyone had anything similar?

Hard turn and breaking means that some connection or wire is loose. Your dealer should do a better job i mean if the dealer wont be able to fix then whose gonna fix it?

Did you try pressing/holding the CD Eject button for 10 seconds?
