Transmission Jerk
Hi all,
I have a 2019 C300 and I have been noticing jerk while accelerating from D2 to D3. I saw some of the posts saying it only occurs to them during the cold weather. But I feel that jerk every time I accelerate. It only happens at D2 to D3 and after D3 to D9 is normal. What could be the problem and how can I solve this issue? I also tried to reset the TCU but didn’t solve the problem.

Because the issue was periodic the service department required several days to replicate it before they determine the fix.
