Applecarplay works in P and above 15mph

Applecarplay works in P and above 15mph
Hi
has anyone got a problem with their applecarplay module where unless your in P or above 15 mph. You can’t actually display the applecarplay menu only the original Mercedes’ one comes up.. even if your driving 30mph and slow down to a stop soon as you stop it goes back to Mercedes’ menu then when you set off and hit 15mph goes back to applecarplay
