7 Hazzard lights comes on and off when car goes over a bumps or when the boot is open and closed. lights stay on for 30 to 40 seconds and goes off.
cruise control doesn't work once lights come on and anti collision doesn't work and radio goes off and comes back on.
below is picture attached any advice appreciated.

Do you mean triangle hazard light? Or those lights on the pic that's showing which aren't hazard lights?
If that many comes on when hitting the bump, it looks like your car when you turn on and start the car. Maybe your battery cables are loose enough that when you hit a bump, terminals disconnects the car off and on for brief second hence all the lights comes on.
Clean the battery posts and tighten the cable terminals and report back.
