First post here. I am purchasing a 2016 C300 4MATIC over the Internet. The sticker shows that it comes with the [321] Sport Package, and a VIN lookup for the build sheet shows:
P29 AMG LINE INTERIOR/AMG SPORTS PACKAGE INTERIOR
P31 AMG LINE EXTERIOR/AMG SPORTS PACKAGE EXTERIOR
In the photos, I see the brushed aluminum pedals, however the steering wheels looks like the standard steering wheel and not the flat-bottom sport steering wheel. I'm a little confused, shouldn't the sport package include the flat-bottom steering wheel? The car is in excellent condition, no history of accidents.
Go through the VIN lookup and see if the car also includes heated steering wheel, if it does that'd be the reason for a bog standard round steering wheel, heated option is not possible with the sport one.

Yes, that must be it. The build sheet includes "443 HEATED STEERING WHEEL".
I'm a little disappointed, I was hoping for both heated and flat-bottom steering wheel, but I'd take heated over the sport.
AMG Logo on the trim piece on the bottom of the steering wheel only comes with actual AMG cars not just AMG Line (trim) cars.
Yes that is what I said: mine an AMG line with a flat bottom with no AMG logo. His steering wheel is not an not an AMG line even though his VIN says AMG line interior package hence the confusion. I still prefer the Sport steering wheel over heated steering wheel as the interior is sport.
I used to have a 2016 c300 and I could have sworn I had heated flat bottom steering wheels. I remember the heat was not the entire steering wheel but maybe just in the 3 oclock to 5 oclock and 7oclock to 10 oclock areas. I thought I was going crazy until I found these on ebay which seems to be an OEM flat bottom heated steering wheel for c300.
