Replacement tire for C300 base model
If I was getting run flats I would probably get those or the Bridgestone DriveGuard that is supposed to be even better than the P7s (according to Tire Rack)

If you live in an area with very well-maintained roads and don’t do much city driving, run-flats can be ok, but once you put on conventional tires the experience is night-and-day. Run-flats have a very rigid sidewall that can make bumps or imperfections in the road very jarring. This is the same sidewall that supports the car in the event of a rupture.
Even though you can continue driving (very slow and cautiously) to a tire shop or gas station, almost no one will repair or patch the run-flat tire due to fear of the sidewall being compromised. Additionally, very few if any shops have run-flats on-hand and will have to order them in the event that you need to replace one/two due to a flat, therefore, you’re almost at a bigger disadvantage if you get a flat on a run-flat vs a conventional tire which can be patched and/or more easily swapped as you should never mix and match run-flats and conventional tires.
