Make sure you turn the volume up on your phone when connected.

Thanks I’ll try it again. I’m using Amazon music if that makes any difference. It works fine on my 911, I’m not sure why the Mercedes has this issue.

With Benz you get 2 separate connections, one is on the Tel bookmark which is just for your phone calls/texts, to get the music playing you have to go to the Media tab, choose Bluetooth device and activate your phone there, did you do this already or are you only on the phone connection?

I did, but I wasn’t sure if it was setup to play music that’s been downloaded or if it would play streaming music.

I can always convert to apple CarPlay to remedy the issue.

It should work fine with any app, did you try with another iPhone?

Have you read the Bluetooth audio mode chapter in the owners manual and followed the steps to make sure your Bluetooth audio device is properly authorized? All you need to know is in the owners manual starting on page 180 of the COMAND manual. If you don't have a hardcopy, you can download the manual from here: https://www.mbusa.com/en/owners/manuals
