They got taken to court in Stuttgart for their wild gain claims .

They fool the ecu with crucial false sensor information .

I really dont care about this court decision about misleading information. I am talking about my own experience with Racechip it made a huge difference performance wise i didnt count the added hoursepower because i frankly dont care.

Something that claims to be increase horsepower and torque has got to be proved on a dyno or it's invalid .






Prior to the court case for my own car RaceChip used to advertise an outlandish 120Nm gain , post court case now 70Nm , some RaceChip retailers haven't caught up and still advertise +120 Nm .

The majority of remappers advertise and the car will realistically have a 50Nm gain .

Lies have no place in ecu fooling / tuning .

Again i don't t care about numbers matching I care about the end result. I care about changes to my car. I can say thaty car became angry responsive fun to drive ect...
