Mercedes C250 BlueTec
Nothing works!
C250
BlueTec
~2015
Fob works (new battery)
Electric seats don't move
Lights don't go on (not even a glimmer)
Dashboard won't light up
Engine won't go on
Horn doesn't work
Received a green slip (road worthy certificate) last week
Has been used in the last 24 hours
New owners of this car (second hand), haven't had a Mercedes before. Are we doing something really stupid to prevent the car from working!
Desperately seeking solution!
TIA.

So it turns out that the battery was completely flat. Jump starting it didn't work, and it needed to be replaced. Mercedes roadside support replaced it with a new battery and all was fine again. Just bizarre that there is no warning about a flat battery ... you'd think that there would be some sort of warning light on the dashboard beforehand ... but not always it seems!
Thanks to those that replied on this and the other thread. Cheers!

flat exhausted batt....
it sounds like the usual battery drain from sleepless computers unless battery was over the 5 years mark and expired with a bad cell.
Keep an eye on the main battery voltage and charge current and keeping battery floated (CTEK) is a reasonable policy.
