Finally got some time to really send working on the car yesterday! Took time to spend to finish off the Ambient Lighting project that I started (lol 2 years ago). In my defense, a new job, moved states, got engaged and married all took my time away from actually working on the car!
BUT man oh man she looks absolutely gorgeous inside!!!!!
Nicely done @Kush Desai , one of the very few things I'm missing from my W205 is the retrofitted ambient light with the pop out tweeters etc, felt like a futuristic spaceship especially compared to white light in the Audi now.
If you feel like the ambient light right now isn't over the top enough do add the speaker covers that illuminate, they give off a whole lot of "ambient" light and look quite brilliant in my opinion.
Not the best pic but:
Curious, which kit did you get, and from where ? Difficult to install ???
I got my Ambient Lighting Kit from DMP Car Designs. I'll link it below. But honestly, not too difficult if you like working with your hands and working on your car. There is literally a step-by-step video done by Flexx Alexander on Youtube that numerous folks on this forum used! Honestly, I'd say the doors and the back seat were the most painful. But ultimately got it done without breaking anything. Just take your time with the install if you end up doing it.
Side note, not sure if this is standard now, but DMP's new Ambient Light Kit is controlled via the Mirror Control buttons whereas my lights are controlled via steering wheel buttons.
Also to note, I wouldn't call the kit a "true" 64 colors. I'd say, at best, there are like 8 colors.

I noticed the MBHouse kit has full COMAND multimedia integrated control just like OEM.
PFL205.064 with M276.823 (Oil pump solenoid defeated)

Do they sell the kit or you have to go with their installation service? Full install excluding Burmester 3D is $750 CAD it says, and with is +$600 plus all plus 13% Ontario tax.
