2019 c300 battery
Just purchased a 2019 c300 may 28, 2 weeks ago I get a notification about my battery saying I need to park it and let it run, I barely drive it because I work from home and everywhere I need to go is a 5 miles radius, what would be the reason for battery to be partially charged

That said, if you can't drive it for at least 30 minutes on the highway every week, consider putting your vehicle in standby mode every time you arrive home (as it disables every time you start the vehicle). It is under vehicle settings. Make sure your vehicle is in a secure place because standby mode deactivates the anti-theft system.

I also just purchased a 2019 C43 AMG Saloon (300). Within 3 weeks of ownership and just turning 30,000 miles, I received the same message. I went to AutoZone and they checked my main Battery for free. It turned out to be bad. I replace it with a Duralast Platinum AGM Battery. I swapped it out right in the parking using their borrowed tools. My vehicle has been working like a charm. Message is gone. Most batteries only last 36 months nowadays.
Now to answer the impending question.... "Yes", my car is still under warranty. You may ask why I purchased my own battery? Well, because of convenience and partially laziness. For about $230 and maybe 30 minutes of my time, I fixed the problem. I didn't have to deal with the hassle and time it would have taken to get my car fixed at the dealership.
Caveat: Main battery fixed my car's issue. Your issue may be different.
