Hi new user here, registered an account to ask a (maybe) naïve question, I did some search on this forum but seems no one asked it before in this subforum.

I recently bought a 2020 C300 with instrument display in the cockpit. And when I looked at the menu, on page 231, it says "DriveAssist" and "Trip" menus are able to do full menu display, however I wasn't able reproduce that and cannot get both menus into full screen mode in the instrument display cockpit.

Also, in the manual, it should be menus with order like "Service", "DriveAssist", "Trip", "Navigation", ..., etc, while on my vehicle, it shows as "Service", "Assistance", "Trip", "Navigation", ...=> So I have "Assistance" menu instead of supposed "DriveAssist" menu from the manual.

Any idea what could be the cause? Is it because my COMAND firmware is too low? My C300 includes Driver Assistance Package but not Head-up Display.

I have a 21 and mine is exactly the same as yours. I suspect the the manual wasn’t updated when the software changed. There is no “end of list “. It just keeps scrolling.

Since you're the MY2021 I'd guess the COMAND firmware should be newer than mine.

And I assume yours also don't have full screen mode for drive assistance and trip menus?

correct. There is no full screen mode that I can see.
