Serpentine Belt - and Pullies
Hey everyone.. I'm just trying to figure out when it's time to change the pullies and serpentine belts on the C450/C43 AMG engines. How many years or KM before change even if there is no visible wear and tear but little screaking?

Might want to post in the C43 sub forum for more visibility.
On the M276 i have read/heard of a few cars needing idler pulleys replaced. That could be where the squeak is coming from.
Also id check you dont have oil leak on the front covers running down to a pulley/alternator/belt
As for mileage, I think the MB change interval is 150k miles with the coolant, which based on how mine look at 65k, and the wifes M276 (not turbo) at 120k would be about right.
They make a belt dressing that can quiet a squeak temporarily and help diagnose where it is coming from.
