We bought a 2016 C300 4Matic this spring. It has the power trunk with hands-free open/close. It has been working fine until today. If I press any trunk release buttons or kick under the bumper, it will release the trunk but not open it. Activating it again neither opens nor latches it. I can manually pull it open or push it closed and latched. I checked fuses 413 and 464. Both were good, & reseating them didn't solve the problem. My attempts to search for answers online have only turned up unrelated problems. Any idea what else to try before scheduling something & waiting a month to get in at the dealership?
