What Is The Longest You Have Left Your Car Without a Trickle Charger?

I am going to store the C300 cab for a bit.

Is there a parasitic drain on the battery?

Also if you used trickle charger, where did you hook it up??

3 weeks, garaged. No noticeable lack of battery juice when I returned. Battery was 4 yrs old.

A little over 4 weeks, but with standby mode enabled, which turns all the consumers off, especially the permanent online connection and alarm system, which will otherwise drain the battery over time. My '19 C63S with full battery and standby mode enabled is technically good for 21 weeks as shown in the display. It tells you exactly how long you can store it w/o needing to charge the battery. This is for the FL, though. Don't know what year yours is. I don't think the Pre-FL had the standby mode.
