2015 C300 4matic jerky transmission
Hello! I recently purchased a used 2015 c300 4 matic with around 76000 miles. When I initially test drove the vehicle, the shifts were smooth as butter. Over the past week or two I have noticed jerky shifts from gears 1>2 and 2>3. There is also a slight jerkiness/hesitation when downshifting at a red light. I have read other forums and found that this issue is fairly common for this model. Given that the car was purchased from an MB dealer directly, I am not positive that there are currently any TCU software updates available. All similar forms were from 5+ years ago so I wanted to see if others are still experiencing/have experienced this issue. I have done the manual TCU reset and drove around for 20+ minutes in sport mode to adapt to my driving, but this had little to no effect. All I want is my car to have buttery shifts like I experienced during my test drive. I have noticed this the most in Comfort mode and it seems to be an intermittent issue. Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
