205 retrofit rear cam
Hello,
Please let me know what all I need to have before I start to add the original backup camera on Mercedes C220, S205 2016. I don't currently have a camera, I don't have a NTG5 Comand.
I found this and I don't know if I need everything...

From what I know you will need to have the camera coded if your car didn't come with it. I find it weird that you car didn't come with a backup camera since in Canada and US, it's the law and standard now.

That is to bad.
I think the best thing to do is to install an Android screen and then use the wires that come with it to connect a aftermarket backup camera. You will just need to top the rearview camera to a reverse wire in the rea harness. If you are not comfortable with this, I would bring your car to a show that sells both the Android screen as well as the backup camera.
