Best lighting
Hi all,

Wondering if any of you have tried and can recommend and HID lighting system for a base 16' C300. I have regular halogen low beams that are adequate as best. I've used XenonDepot before on my lexus and they were amazing, however those were Projector lenses which as I understand are better for properly focusing the beam. Not opposed to LED's but as I understand, they are not "there yet" compared to HIDs.

Interesting Benzdude... Very interesting! However that's too much cheese to plunk down on headlights. I think I'll find some LED bulbs and try that route. Too many other hobbies to spend money on! LOL

So these are direct replacement, just plug and play or do they need a special bracket or something? 99 bucks .. not bad.

Do you know of any instructions as to how to remove the current bulb there doesn't seem to bee to much space to work down there.. did you loosen the light cluster and pull it out towards the front of the car to swap the bulb? does that allen bolt (as well as the smaller lower allen holding the wire) have to come out?

I purchased LEDs from USR to replace my halogens. Easy install. Been running them for over a year. I love them! No regrets for me.
