Turbo under boost / mechanical fault exists in charge air bypass flap
Hey guys first post go easy on me 😅
got an issue with my 2017 220d w205
It’s under powered and then then goes into limp mode but doesn’t always put the eml on..
Seems to stutter a little around low rpm as it starts to build boost/revs up
pluged it in and I get
p2206100 mechanical fault exists in charge air bypass flap
also had a code for turbo underboost
I’ve replaced the Engine Turbocharger Pressure Transducer A0001531700
As advised by a friend but to no avail It’s still going into limp mode
has anybody had this befor or could anyone point me in the right direction Where to look next ? Don’t want to keep firing the parts cannon at it
