I’ve a W205 C250 model in Sydney Australia. My adapter app has been discontinued and I’m looking for another alternative adapter and app.

Any good recommendations please on an useful adapter plus app?

Are you talking about the Mercedes me adapter? Why do you have that? The W205 has built-in connectivity via COMAND, or does your car not have COMAND? There are third-party adapters that do similar things, but not sure what's available in Australia. They are usually in partnership with mobile phone carriers, so check with your carriers in Australia if they offer connected car services.

Here in the USA, Mercedes has partnered with Verizon and their Hum by Verizon product.

Yes I mean Mercedes me Adapter. I have command but it doesn’t give you the parameters that me Adapter gives. For example Fuel expense monitoring. Driving behaviour, location of the parked vehicle, Battery voltage etc.

I’m looking for an upgrade if possible to gps track my car.

Some of it depends on what model year you have. With my 2019 C63 it does provide vehicle location, tracking and battery information. Even sends push notifications if the battery charge is critical. It also provides vehicle status like the lock status and sends push notifications to the phone if the car is left unlocked and then I can lock it from the app. As for the parked vehicle location that's also something my iPhone does natively via Apple Maps. I don't use this much unless I park in an unfamiliar area, but my phone always knows where my car is parked. The other things it doesn't do that's correct, but there are third-party apps for some of it. There's Fuelly for example for fuel expense tracking. I don't track my fuel expenses and such, but I use the Shell and Chevron apps to pay for fuel and start the fueling process from my phone and keep electronic receipts.
