Post W205 Transmission and Front and Rear Differential Fluid Change

I have a 2016 C300 with 80k. I am changing the transmission fluid/filter, then the differential fluids.
1) I was told that there is no need to change the Transfer Case Fluid because it's mixed/shared with the transmission fluid. Can someone confirm ?
  • Fluid Spec should be 236.15 and takes about 6 quarts if you are not draining the Torque Converter.
2) Should I drain the torque converter fluid as well or simply follow the following video:
for changing Fluid on a 722.9 transmission ? if there is a sperate service for the transmission that involves draining the torque converter, then, can someone provide instructions for it ?
3) Looking for detailed instructions on how to change the Front and Rear Differential Fluid on a W205.
So far, I gathered the following:
  • Front Differential Fluid MB part number is 001989880311 (Buy 1 litter, takes about .8 - not sure how to check fluid level)
  • Rear Differential Fluid is 75w80 (Buy 1 litter, takes about .8 - not sure how to check fluid level)
  • Not sure if the front and rear are actually different fluids, however, that's what MB Parts provided.
  • Fill Plug on the Front Differential is hard to reach and saw in a video that you can fill it from the drain plug but some fluid will spill out. Video Link:
(should this method be followed or is there a better way ? )

Read through W212 @S-Prihadi ’s posts.

WIS for the transmission and t/case fluid change is posted on the site somewhere.
