HEADLIGHT BULB CHANGE? HOW TO?

I have been trying to figure out how to change the bulb for my headlamp. For some of the Mercedes you have to take the wheel off and pull the slot at the fender lining to gain access to the headlight. We did all of this but it seems as if the headlights are sealed. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You could try asking OP in this thread: https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...ght-bulbs.html

Those lights are halogen so I don’t think they are sealed.

They are a pain in the a$$ to do, I put new 'brighter' halogens into ours when I got it, and it was a fight, I did go in through the access panel in the fender. When I put the new ones in, they didn't fell like they were well seated, but they are still in place and still do the job. I don't have any top tips, I found that it was a struggle, and I am pretty mechanically inclined.

To have more room yes, remove the wheel and a part of the fender liner. U can maybe get away with just turning the wheel to one side. Assuming you’re not lowered like me then no this won’t work lol. Also there’s a high beam and low beam side both H7 bulbs. And what do u mean sealed? Like the dust cap? Might be tight just turn left to release. Good luck
