Hi everyone. I have a 2017 C300 Coupe. I heard a weird noise when a friend closed my passenger door. I checked when I got home and noticed 2 things with the door latch.
I’m including photos of both my doors so you can compare.
First, the bottom metal part is broken. It looks like a small piece is missing and there’s a crack below it.
Second is the plastic piece at the top is supposed to stick out but it doesn’t.
The door seems to be closing and locking fine.. for now.
Did anyone have this issue? How did you fix it? How much did it cost?
