2012 E550 Cabriolet
SD card not detected in 2019 c300 w205/a205
Hi everyone

I have a c300 cabrio 2019 with codes 506 (audio 20 ntg5.5//Nav) and 270 (gps aerial)

i purchased a NAV data card from eBay part number A2139069807

The vendor indicated that it should work, and what happened is that it was not detected at all upon insertion, and the vendor proceeded to send me a second one to try and there was no response. No error at all on the screen.

Did anyone have this experience. Any suggestions?

Your car needs to have the SD card navigation prep, option code 355 I believe.
