I own a 2019 w205 Due to a paid aftermarket subwoofer gone wrong I have to replace the positive battery cable in wire running from battery through firewall into the interior Prefuse junction box located in passenger footwell, with that being said I have all the correct parts and everything exposed in the working area for the most part but I've hit a wall, the wire that needs replacing one end is accessible the other going through the firewall is tucked up behind the AC housing as seen in pictures, if anyone can point me in the right direction of an existing thread or tell me what my next step is to get behind the housing and replace wire would be greatly appreciated hoping I don't have to remove the entire dash board thank you once again for any help please let me know if any additional information is needed Whats blocking wire that needs replacing
Is there any chance you could attach the new wire to the old wire and then use the old wire to pull the new one through? Maybe run the new wire via a different path through the firewall? Might be easier than removing the blower motor.

I wish I actually have experience in fiber optics and wire pulling so that's the first avenue I tried , but unfortunately I'm sure there is either a bolt securing it to the firewall or it is threaded in, as for splicing onto the existing wire I can't go that route because it is such a tight workspace and that wire is already damaged thank you for your feedback!
