eco start/stop does not work

Question eco start/stop does not work
hello, i have 2017 c300, when i press eco start/stop button, it is green A on the button, but never shows green or yello A on the dash and the car never turns off when stopped.
the car has a good battery, also no error codes.
has anyone had a similar situacion and how fix?

Unless something has changed, the default for the stop/start is on. When you press the button, you are turning it off. Start the car and don’t touch the button. Unless you want to turn it off.

how do you know you have a good battery?
when did you last change it?
and is it AGM battery?

there is not any notification on the dash, that battery is low, there is 2022 mercedes oem battery AGM

Nothing seems wrong.. it maybe cause it's only 8 degree outside and you have your temperature on HI setting. Wait until the weather get's warmer to see if the problem remains to exist.
