Dealer quotes $2300 for B Service

Dealer quotes $2300 for B Service
My 2019 C300W4 has just over 25k miles and is indicating an upcoming B3 service. My local M-B dealer verbally quoted over $2300 for this. Is there any circumstance where that makes sense? Thanks.

A Service =
Mercedes-Benz motor oil replacement
Oil filter replacementFluid level checks and corrections
Tire inflation check and correction
Brake component inspection
Reset maintenance counter
B Service is just an oil change (A Service) with following added:
Brake Fluid Flush
Cabin Filter Replacement
Some years will say replace wiper blades for B - need to read service manual that came with your car.
But anyways that price should be illegal and put the service manager in JAIL for stealing!
My dealer was charging around $300 for B service & $200 for A Service.
I have not been back for the last 2 as PIA to get there with hour drive and my local indy does a great job.

I paid $2500 for a three service prepaid maintenance plan from the MB dealer in Arlington, VA. that included two B services and an A service.
2500 for a single B service is insane.
