2017 c300

2017 C300 Weird rattling sound (need help)

I have been having this noise since I purchase 2017 C300 4 Matic.It only has 57k miles, and never been accident. Every time I go over bump, or pothole it makes this noise. I marked where I believe the noise come from because it also makes something close to same noise when I hit that panel with my hand.

Fwiw, I have it too but maybe not as loud as yours though, I do hear the very loud run-flats though.

I am planing to sell my car and don’t want to sell it like this. People going to think something wrong with it. I took it to my own hands and lubricated the mechanism and the sunroof tracks, and silicones around the sunroof. There’s not a single problem with sunroof, it opens and closes just fine. Idk why is that making this noise, I don’t know what is the issue is. Maybe loosen bolts or sum? If anyone know it I’d be appreciate for help.

Is it even sunroof or there’s a broken piece in that roof panel (headliner)? Here is the video when I hit it with my hand it makes the same noise as if I go over potholes.
