Hello all,

I have a 2017 C300 with the Burmester audio package, and I am having issues when using wired audio as opposed to Bluetooth. There are somewhat frequent clips and cuts in the audio, and my playlist keeps resetting to my entire library when I try to skip songs or play the next song(Apple Music and Spotify). I wanted to know if anyone has had this issue or has a solution to it. Any and all help would be appreciated.
