Long story short, my 2015 C300 has no more bass in the radio whatsoever. I know the Audio 20 system is lacking as-is, but this is a severe difference from how the radio sounded stock - just no more bass at all, as if going through a high-pass filter.
Drink spilled (emptying quite a bit of contents) into either the driver's or passenger's side footwell (was about a year ago so don't remember exactly which). Bass would cut out intermittently for a few months after that, and then left for good. Looking for some info on the Audio 20 system and what might have been affected by the spill. My model is very base, so I'm sure I only have the subwoofer in the passenger footwell (and most likely none in the driver's side). Is this most likely the culprit? Or am I looking at a bigger wiring harness/amp issue?
Drink was Mtn Dew Baja Blast, so definitely sugary, and probably corrosive
