2021 C300 alignment
We purchased the car almost 3 months ago. I noticed at times when going 70-80mph on the freeway the car would wander left and right which requires some steering input to keep the car straight. It doesn’t happen all the time, just certain pavement. So I went in for an alignment since the dealer didn’t perform one before selling us the car with brand new Continental runflats. The alignment guy came back and said it’s not off by much and he doesn’t think the toe was the issue with the wandering.

Why is there so much negative camber on the rear right wheel? With that much camber I’m gonna assume that the inner tire will get gobbled up after 10-15k miles. Why can’t Mercedes make it so we could adjust camber?!

Plain and Simple - Todays models there is now only front and rear Toe directional adjustment !!
Front Camber and Caster along with rear Camber “has been deleted” (new car industry’s best kept secret).
It is all to do with ever increasing speed of new car assembly lines. STOPPING TO ADJUST CAMBER/CASTER SETTINGS IS NO LONGER AN OPTION !
Now one setting which is set at showroom height PUTTING ONUS BACK ON OWNERS TO FUND COSTLY, PREMATURE TIRE REPLACEMENT.

WE SAW THE NEED THEREFORE TO “FIX IT RIGHT THE 1ST TIME” - re instating once again full adjustment. K-MAC kits are also specially designed to “Bolt-On - No Special Tools” (or need for control arm removal to install).
