Leaking Coolant

We took our 2020 C-300 with 58k for a recent tune-up and oil change. I Just want to know if any radiator hoses or parts need to be removed in order to access the spark plugs?
Coolant is leaking after this tune up!

Thank you.

Thank you, taking it to the shop. Hopefully it's nothing major!

I went to the shop today, I had to tow the car. We had just done the tune-up in another shop and after the tune up it overheated and we changed out a coolant shut off valve (with another shop). Unfortunately, we don't have a specific mechanic since we have been leasing. This is what today's shop said we needed:

Intake Manifold Gasekets 4 - $114
Engine Block Distribution Pipe - $187
Coolant Pipe - Auxiliary Pump 2 - $79
Coolant/Antifreeze G40 (Pink) 50/50 3 - $118.50
Intake Manifold Gasket Remove & Replace - $252
Engine Block Distribution Pipe - Remove & Replace - $448

Is this normal on a 4 yr old car with 58k Miles? I have been leasing Mercedes for many years and of course never got to this mileage.

Thank you for your input.
