Issue with front grille radar and DLR left and right
Helllo!
I have recently bought a mercedes C-class C300de made in 2021. The second day i had it the left hand side DRL went out. After inspecting it the control unit with the led lights had excesive corrosion and the jack had fallen off. I replaced it with a aftermarket one as it was the fastest one i could get and the DRL still doesn't work. Furthermore whilst doing this the right hand side lights stopped working completly. I inspected it and it had water inside so i took out the light and took it apart. The ballast had water on the circuit bord and short circuited it. I have cleaned all the water away and dried the headlight to eliminate as much water as possible and after remounting it, the right side worked perrfectly fine for about 30 mins. After that the drl on that side stoped working. Further more, after installing everithing back togheter the front grill camera stopped working. After a scan nearly all the modules that worked with the camera had a error on them. Some of the faults clear but the esp ones stay and they won't go away.
Does anyone know if it needs recalibrating? any procedure for that?
I have a independent workshop and access to lifts and a launch scan tool.
Also the car stood overnight and the battery fell flat. I tried starting it with a battery charger but failed. had to swap the battery with a new one.
