W205 cargo cover dont up
hello everybody . I hope everyone is well. This week I purchased a Mercedes W205 estate version. I noticed that when the trunk opens the curtain it doesn't go up automatically. If you raise it manually, when I close the trunk it is also closed. However, when I open it again it doesn't go up. something goes up the gutter on both sides. but the curtain seems to be stuck in place. any ideas? sorry for my english

I have found this happens occasionally if the cross-member is not properly clicked in on the left or right side. Just give it a pull on either side, I bet one of them is not clicked into position

I've tried but it doesn't go up. It seems like something is missing that makes the curtain release so it goes up together with the 2 rails.
