Found this 2014 C250 54k miles at a dealership, no maintenance records. My main concern areas are... 1-Noticed the left side hood line above headlight wasn't aligned like the driver side, headlight was also slightly shaky. 2-there's oil dripping on the under guard, passenger side. Seems to be coming from closer to the guard, not from the top covers. 3-Engine seems to have a slight growl accelarating from stop and at 3rd gear there's a slight but noticeable vibration on the floor felt on the seat. I would just say if it's the transmission that would explain where the vibration is felt. From your experience where would this be and is it a costly job? 4-The exhaust pipe has sign of dark smoke. Minor issues 5-driver side drl is off, the passenger side one is flickering 6-Seat belt's don't have a manufacturer tag with any information. 7-For a car this low in mileage I would expect a better interior than I encountered.

You had me at maintenance records! Not a good place to start. The dealer should have some access to this. Early on it would have been to the dealer. What are they trying to hide. Does it have a good tittle? Besides oil leak and engine problem what unknown problems are there? Has it been in accident? I would be interested if they would fix obvious problems and give me 6 month warranty on the car. Good luck with that. Otherwise car may require some work and cause frustration for you.
It was clearly in an accident and it did not go to a Mercedes Collision center. Did you check the Carfax, it is blank? I would pass on this one plus I would go for an AMG line as the car looks and had aged better then the luxury line. Also this is a W204 and it in the wrong forum post. I would look for a W205 with AMG line.
There are way too many red flags.
Apparently the car had at least one accident.
It’s losing oil.
No service records at all.
The transmission oil has to be changed every 5 years or 80.000 miles, whichever comes first.
Most likely that hasn’t happened.
In a nutshell: Save yourself a heap of trouble and walk away.
